We head to dinner at Cento Tre, a Italian place on the very trendy Georges Street.  We meet the owner on the way in; he owns several other area Italian restaurants.  The wine is excellent, the salad is very good (arugula, Parmesan, and citrus), and the meals are good, more "Italy" than that "Italian American" we are used to in New York.
