As we're leaving the Tower, we're held up by a military procession.  They are bringing "some shiny crystally thing" (according to a journalist covering the parade) into the Tower for a ceremony that's part of the Queen's 60th Jubilee celebration.  Once it passes, we get a quick bite (fish 'n chips) at a nearby outdoor snack bar.
