Greyfriars Kirkyard

After lunch, we head to Greyfriars Kirkyard, home of many ghosts.  The most famous is Greyfriars Bobby, a dog who kept returning to the tomb of his dead master (John Gray).  Bobby was buried nearby, and his ghost has been seen regularly.  The back wall of the cemetery is part the old Flodden Wall, built in the 16th century to keep out the invading English out of Edinburgh (it didn't work- they left the gate open).
